Jim and Deb Knowlton are a husband-and-wife real estate team who believe that buying or selling a home should feel like working with people who genuinely care — because they do.

Jim's path to real estate is unlike most agents you'll meet. Born and raised in Hopkinton, NH and a graduate of Plymouth State College, he spent 20+ years leading people across non-profit, franchise, and business sectors — and a decade of that as a WSS master productivity coach, helping professionals navigate change, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
That coaching background is not a footnote — it is the foundation of how Jim works with every client. He listens first. He asks the right questions. He helps you get clear on what you actually want, and then he goes to work getting it.
Jim is also a real estate investor himself, with rental properties in New Hampshire. When he advises on investment real estate, he is speaking from the same position you're in — not from a sales script.
Deb brings her own strengths to every transaction — an eye for detail, a warm presence that puts clients at ease, and the organizational discipline that keeps complex deals on track. Together, Jim and Deb cover more ground, catch more details, and provide more consistent communication than a solo agent ever could.
The Dream Maker Team name is not a marketing tagline. It reflects a genuine belief: that helping someone find, buy, or sell a home is one of the most meaningful things you can do for a family. They take that seriously.

Every transaction is a life decision. We treat it that way — with patience, honesty, and genuine care for your outcome.
Jim spent a decade as a master productivity coach. That means we guide, not push. We help you make confident decisions.
We own investment properties ourselves. When we advise on investment real estate, we speak from experience, not theory.
